FOUNDATION
Used Heavy Reinforcement Cement concrete foundation, Ready Mix ( Shah Concrete / Crown Cement) as approved by the structure engineer. Reinforcement concrete frame structure using re-bar from Baizid steel industries , stone used Dubai– Gabro Grade used on all RCC work. Best quality Number 1 brick used. Structure is capable of withstanding earth quick and 210 Km per hour wind resistance.
BUILDING STUCTURE & ARCHITECTURE
Building has been comprised with RCC in foundation, Column, Beam and slab considering seismic and wind effect with modern design concept. All the code has been followed as per BNBC 20 code and supervised by best structure engineer in Bangladesh. This building Structure and Architecture designer Engr ABDULLAH AL MAMUN (PEng).
